Jim provided a quote to move a vent for our new furnace that was installed 2 yrs ago. The location always bothered me for 2 reasons. First, the 3rd party company that installed the furnace for Home Depot installed the vent under our living room without asking if we were okay with that. Would have been a hard no! It is the only window that we can open. We open this window at times, even in the winter. The 2nd reason was we didn't like the look of it on the front of our home. He gave me the quote and within a week the work was done The tech did an excellent job, turned out better than I expected and the price was good. Decades ago Ball and Son's did some work for me when I added a 2nd floor on our home. Great work then also. Don't hesitate to check them out!

Update August 2024: I recently contacted Ball & Sons again as my old hot water heater started leaking. Val was able to schedule the work shortly thereafter. The two tradesmen (Walker and Mark) who performed the work were very courteous and professional. Walker’s attention to detail and workmanship were commendable. The path to my furnace room was tight at points but the switch out of water heaters was carefully completed with no damage to any of the finishes. I continue to recommend Ball & Sons for their services. January 2024: I highly recommend Ball & Sons for HVAC service. My Mom’s furnace broke down during the January 2024 cold snap. Ball & Sons were extremely attentive to our situation and had the furnace operational again by the following day. They even dropped off space heaters for our temporary use until they were able to complete the necessary repairs. Val from their office was a pleasure to work with and field technician Keith was professional and courteous during the service appointment. I will definitely contact Ball & Sons again for future heating and cooling needs.

At the 2 year check-up of our new high-efficiency furnace a serious issue was discovered, due to the manufacturer, not Ball & Sons installation. Replacement parts were ordered and replaced in a timely manner. Technician Eric was efficient and professional during the repair process. At the same time he very quickly diagnosed a problem with the unit heater in our shop and repaired it in minutes. Outstanding service! We highly recommend Ball & Sons.
